Late Arrival Instructions

Your room is in MOSS 39 Salamanca Place.

Reception may be unattended at the time of your arrival tonight, so please follow these instructions to self-check in.

Front door

To open the front door at MOSS 39 Salamanca Place, use the code 3478# on the right-hand keypad.

Guest safe

Immediately inside the front door and to the left of the lift, you will find a safe on the window sill. Open it using code 776639#.

You will find an envelope under your name containing your room keys and further instructions on where to find your room in the hotel. Please remember to lock the safe box.

After-hours parking

If you have pre-booked Moss Hotel parking, please use the parking details supplied by reception before arrival. Hotel parking is limited and must be reserved in advance.

If you have not pre-booked parking, paid public parking is available nearby. For help after hours, call Moss Hotel on 1300 772 270.

Sleep well, and in the morning, please come to reception to finish our check-in procedure.
