Behrakis Group Hotel Pty Ltd (ABN 99 626 217 749), trading as Moss Hotel, and its related and associated bodies corporate (us, we, our) maintain a policy of strict confidence concerning your (you, your) personal information (Privacy Policy). This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). Access to our website (www.mosshotel.com.au), and all sites that are under our control (but excluding any websites where we are participants to a third party controlled website) referred to in this Privacy Policy as ‘the Site’ or our Products and Services is conditional on your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy.
